Left: 1980's Hasbro Gears.
Middle: 1985-ish McDonalds Gears.
Right: 1980's South American Gears.

South America had a couple companies that, under license from Hasbro, got to repaint minibots in a whole bunch of colors. Pain in the butt to get hold of, though, but I got one! YAY EBAY. XD

The McDonalds minibots are similarly rare, as it was only given out for a short time in ONE McDonalds. ONE. YES. As a test market. Or something. Still official Hasbro product!

Every other month (November, January, March, etc), I will have a commission lottery. For ten lucky people, they will be able to purchase a special custom Puff Puggle or Puggleformer! At midnight EST (New York Clock) going IN TO the first of the month, I will toss all the entries in to THE HAT OF DOOM AND JOY and pick out those ten people! Completely random!

Cliffjumper is honestly the same pattern as Bumblebee with slight retool. I figured it was appropriate. xD

Cliffjumper does, in fact, have some glitter. Also, those side things were supposed to resemble his chest thing and instead ended up being itty bitty wings. Whoops!

That little Tracks gave me some trouble with those wings of his. I think they're a biiiit too big for his lil' ol' body. xD

I was unable to add the gun because of clutter and construction. Also could not add the Autobrand, as the side designs became a bit too big.

Otherwise, I think he came out pretty darn good.

Commission work. Based on the big ol' Bayformer Jetwing Optimus Prime toy, with the OMGWTFHUGE wings.

..Which I failed to interpret completely.

I tried to make the wings as big as I could while still being able to be put ON the silly thing.

Also, I fail at making tiny felt gattling guns. I just fail. These Dalek arm-like appendages came after a good five hours of experiments and pattern making.

..At least he didn't come out derpy? XD;

02/01/12--11:42: Puggleformer - G1 Shockwave (chan 2619542)

This didn't work at ALL. Went wrong in so many ways.

I wanted to do G1 Shockwave for a long while, just that solid yellow eyes don't exist. I had to paint my own, and then the paint didn't want to solidify over the base layer no matter HOW many layers of paint I put on, so I gave up on that after a while..

So, yes. Shockwave. Who.. Failed.

So, there is a chance I may cancel March commissions.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have been experiencing horrible dizzy spells that prevent me from doing much of anything for as long as they last. My twitter followers have been seeing me whine and rant about 'em. xD;

I CAN get sewing done for the rest of the day, but my priority has been getting Botcon puggles done for the end of April. If these dizzy spells keep up -- and it's not an ear infection according to my doctor, and we have NO IDEA what's causing them -- then I dunno how I'll be able to do both Botcon puggles and commissions as I (barely) pulled off last time. D:

So, several months ago, I was introduced to the Madoka Magica anime. This was mid-summer of 2011, I think, so.. A WHILE ago. xD

Anyway, I thought it would be awesome to make a Magical Girl-style Puff Puggle with lace and ribbons and all that.

Then this happened. Too much work for not enough awesomeness.

So, I scrapped the idea. But I have one little Magical Girl Puff Puggle.

I have no idea what to do with it. xD

MAY is still on. That's after Botcon. The dizzy spells shouldn't interfere with that, as the hours I WOULD be using on Botcon puggles will go to Commissions. If that makes sense.

..With a "belt"/Puggle Attack Station. Take your pick.

A commission from last month that took forever due to dizzy spells and Botcon puggles getting in the way.

The commission called for a Kamen Rider Fourze puggle, pictures provided, with velcro on his butt so he can sit on a 'belt' thing. I've never seen the series, so just went by the pictures and gave it my best shot. xD

I actually have a gray version of the 'belt'. Not sure what to do with it. PUGGLE ATTACK STATION.

EDIT: Misspelled the title characters' name. Blah. Will fix it later.

I actually kind of thought that he looks like a red hedgehog, but Twitter buddies loved 'im and I got more tumblr notes on this one than any other puggle I ever put up. xD

Random: I debated with myself for twenty minutes whether to give him a traditional :3 face or Arcee's smirk. Ended up going for a 'slightly smaller than usual :3 face'. RIGHT DECISION?!

So, I know we're still around the 114,000 pageview area, but just thought I'd give the heads up.

Whoever gets the 120,000th pageview and has proof via screenshot will get.. A PUGGLE. It's essentially a free commission slot kind of thing.

Do not cheat. I can tell when people cheat. I can use photoshop, too. XD Cheaters will be BANNED FOREVERS from the Puggley Realm! You don't want to be banned forevers, do you? NO CHEATINGS.

The proportions came out a bit wonky, but as it's my first of the design, they kinda sorta tend to do that. Whoops.

Just in time for spring! A Hina Matsuri Puff Puggle, to go with the doll festival in Japan!

..Will be in my shop later today. The hair things are not removable, though the fans could probably be pulled out with enough force if you're willing to risk the hair; it's glued in!
